I wasn’t sure if I can use it so I told her to send me the real label and she flipped out saying I accused her of sending a fake label. No apologies for sending a photo instead of a pdf just gaslighting and no accountability blaming the customer. Then a "mildew smell" & she would need to wash it. Then she couldn't wash it and needed to return. Instead of a return for changed mind, she claimed "defective". Now the dress "looks old". Return was approved and she sends this "The return label is a photo of a return label that is cut off. I'm not sure if you did that on purpose but I'll need a real return label." Who is gaslighting?!
