      Seller is fine but roof racks are poorly designed. Fit on Highlander LE is poor. Mounting bolts are intentionally bent and inserted into a mickey mouse bracket to attach to the roof. Brackets pull loose from mounting when tightening! Look for a different roof rack even if you have to pay more to stay safe.
