When I left feedback on my after-sale experience, after nearly 2 weeks & 4 messages, seller finally did respond, however, made no real attempt to resolve issue.Reply from: vintagebricksuk- Feedback replied by seller vintagebricksuk.- Feedback replied by seller vintagebricksuk.Context: the 'different version' referred to is the difference between US and Europe production packaging. The actual minifigure sent to the buyer was correct exactly as shown in the listing. Return postage costs were not 'unequivocally' the sellers responsibility - in fact the listing terms state that the buyer pays return postage costs. The last comment is simply just not true - the buyer made no such requests. The buyer returned the item and was refunded in full for it.Follow-up from: l***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller's "Feedback Reply" is not truthful. Item received was a different version from one pictured in photo on listing ... seller would not have accepted return if it was "exactly as shown in listing". Further, eBay policy states that "sellers seller is responsible for return postage costs" when they have sent wrong item. As for seller stating the "buyer made no such requests", I provided evidence of 4 messages requests sent (photo of my ebay message screen) that were not responded to.
