Very authentic! I had a virtually identical hat that I lost, but made from a much softer felt. Be aware that this one is firm/stiff and cannot be manipulated (thus 4 stars) would recommend choosing a size up — it fits smaller than dimensions in the info. That being said, it is beautifully made and much superior to the “costume” hats. Delivery was amazingly fast and close attention was paid to packing .. I’m keeping the box for storage. Don’t settle for cheap fakes! This is the real thing!
