Notified the seller when I couldn't get any information about shipping, but was told to wait as the date wasn't up yet!! Although the seller responded, he told me these things take time and he was doing all he could and gave me lots of assurances. Meanwhile our holiday date came, still no item or explanation, and the same item was listed on their site for over £60 cheaper!
