I reported the theft to George H. LaBarre Galleries, to eBay, and to USPS postal inspectors. LaBarre Galleries helped me get an eBay refund for this stolen item and the two others, even though they were mailed uninsured. eBay was very bureaucratic, and LaBarre was extremely helpful. I'd still rather have the old stock certificates.
