I had to buy exhaust manifold nuts(9), and replace one E.M. stud,but other than that,the set-up was pretty complete with hardware! It had: the Exhaust Manifold Gasket,the EM to Cat Gasket,and the Cat to Front Pipe Crush Washer! ALL other Bolts,Washers and Nuts included. I had to buy the front pipe as well(mine was bad),and the donut for the Resonator pipe. I RECOMMEND this set-up/seller!Saved mucho $!Quality
