      Aren't you new? It looks like one of the new buttons doesn't work, new. New, unused, unopened, undamaged original packaging (if applicable). The packaging should be the same as in the retail store, deceptive it deceives buyers

      Yes of course the controller is Brand New. We have 100 in stock all brand new. We are owned by Innovation. Your feedback is unintelligible . "looks" like on of the new buttons doesn't work" What do you mean? What system are you using this on? What game? This is designed for the original playstation system no subsequent systems such as ps1 slim ps2, ps3 etc. If the controller does not work properly than set up an exchange instead of leaving negative feedback. Thankyou
