Das liegt nicht am Motorrad oder Relais, sondern an der internen Verdrahtung der Blinker bzw. dem fehlenden Rückstromschutz. Diese LED-Blinker scheinen intern verbunden zu sein oder keinen ausreichenden Widerstand eingebaut zu haben, wodurch der Stromfluss in beide Richtungen erfolgt. Das führt zu einem Kurzschluss zwischen linker und rechter Seite.
