These insoles are really tough and so I will think turn out to be hard-wearing and good value for money. The reason I say they are tough is because you cut them to size following the guides on them and even when I used a Stanley knife, I found them quite resistant to cut, which to me says that they'll not wear out/down quickly. When job done, they fitted the Cavello Trek boots perfectly, are nice and smooth and my horse is very comfortable in them.

Their customer service was fantastic. The first pair were slightly scratched on arrival. No problem, a return label was sent immediately. The replacement pair were mislaid by the courier and again no quibbles a third pair were sent. Thankfully these were delivered in pristine condition the following day. Very highly rated.
