    Very lightweight & smaller unit which I suspect won't last. The plug (for some reason) is a much looser fit, which often precedes charging issues or heat at the port. Hope I am wrong

    Our chargers are top quality assured. The 65W you have ordered is lighter than the 90W charger. The tip size of our brand new charger is the same as item photos, and it’s standard from manufactory. If your feel it’s loose, then it could be some issue with your DC power jack. It could be worn after being used for long time. If that’s the case, please replace your DC Power jack, thanks.
