My recommendation for installation: After adding the tape and removing the backing, heat the tape briefly with a blow dryer to help it adhere better. Then (most importantly) start by securing BOTH of the top upper corners FIRST. Then work your way (firmly pressing) towards the middle. If you start at just one corner, there will be a gap when you get to the other corner.
