Package had a second box providing extra protection for a heavy package. Foam inside the box did not survive the trip but the product was in very good shape. Product looks great and seem to function good but I have not had a chance to machine using it. The dial makes a weird metal on metal sound which I did not expect but not a big deal. Had 6 slots instead of four per picture which I was wanting so that was good surprise.
