    This little device works very well. Neatly packaged with some medical tape and basically you just tape it to your forehead. I tried it out last night and remember waking up a couple of times with it buzzing gently telling me I was on my back. I turned over and kept on sleeping. This morning my apnea events were very low at 1.1 per hours which is a great score. As it's also very good value, I would recommend it to anybody who has problems with sleep apnea or snoring on their back.
