I looked up how to do it online and it looked extremely tedious and difficult, so I was happy to find he offered this service. The price is extremely fair considering the new battery, the work required to change it, and the free return shipping. The communication was excellent every step of the way. The iPod was returned in perfect shape. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you, ipod_wizard, for a job well done!
