    Arrived right on time via Royal Mail and was all as shown. . . I'm using this 'damper' on an old steel framed trek with a plain round, narrow down tube - this won't work on anything modern with big diameter, oval or hydroformed tubing - nor would I risk it on lightweight butted downtubes. For my use as a town bike with front rack and a stem mounted thule kiddie seat it does help with keeping the front end under control but don't expect it to work miracles - fair for price.
