Nice and bright (but not too bright), lights up the whole gauge pretty evenly, easy to fit, just fitted straight into the space where the old bulb went. Green colour a good match for the original gauge lighting. Great to know I'll never need to replace these again. One note - this is NOT dimmable, if I turn the gauge lights dimmer down below about 2/3 the light just suddenly goes out completely.
