    These are NOT 5a as advertised. Even worse, only one was able to deliver over 2a before falling below 12v. I am an electrician, and I tested these with a load tester. I contacted the seller and after a long time they finally responded back twice (basically telling me I don't know what I'm talking about), then they stopped responding altogether. Their failure to continue responding back and not providing a prepaid shipping label is forcing me to involve ebay and leave negative feedback.
