The artists that take great pride in their projects definitely is reflected in the patterns they send. The description in the listing for 'Primitive Blooms' rug hook PAPER pattern CLEARLY describes what you will receive. I did include a 'thank you' card which comes with each pattern along with a colored copy of the original painting, approximately 4 x 5 inches for color placement and details. It is not a kit. It is up to the buyer to decide what colors they want to use.
