Fit and worked, then started after a day started draining the battery and fuel gauge stayed on empty, put the old pump back in, fuel guage started reading and battery is fine so far.

Never had this issue and a fuel pump cannot drain the battery, in the case it amperage is above the normal the fuel pump fuse would blow. never contact us before, this is a Jeep factory part, not aftermaket
