The foam pad arrived quickly. It feels a bit cheap, but the quality was well within expectation given the price. The pad is preinstalled with a 2 sided tape which was very old and past its service date. The tape stuck well to the foam pad. But the side meant to stick to the chair, I could not take the plastic strip off the tape. The backing strip is permanently stuck. Fortunately, the foam does not need the 2 sided tape to work. It is wedged into the chair and the friction is sufficient.
