I contacted the seller, they told me to send them a picture and they would refund my payment. The seller also wanted me to use the eBay system to communicate with them. I did that, however, the picture would not attach to my message. No refund without a picture. Thus, I contacted PayPal and they refunded my payment. Too much trouble here! Will NEVER buy from this seller.
