We were told it had to have software added, and we had to take out some software. In the end we just purchased this one, and it went straight in and worked. with about 51% charge which is exactly what a battery is supposed to be long term stored at. If you need one of these batteries, this is the place to buy from without fear it wont work when it arrives.
