Dell's keyboard is riveted to the frame so I had to grind down the plastic heads, and later use glue gun to reattached every spots. To do that the whole notebook was gutted out. Quite a job as I have never done this before. Watched a few YouTube clips and make sure you photo every parts before you remove it. Also the opening of the case triggered bit-locking so the hard drive was locked up. I reinstalled OS with a new SSD instead.
