I got back within the time limit asking for an alteration. They ignored my reply and printed and sent out a totally useless item (font they used is illegible which is what I asked to be corrected). They will not refund, asking me to return what is a personal request one off item (at my cost!) so it has no resale value to them. Dreadful people. Avoid.
