    The bands were a fraction of the thickness and stretches to the point of utter uselessness. The condition seems to be OK for whatever it's good for. I suppose for the time, energy, disappointment, frustration, I don't think the minimal cost is economically feasible. They appeared to be OK at first visual inspection. I saw no defects, cracks, kinks, twists, etc.
