A local well known jeweler was able to confirm the authenticity of the gold, however the “lab grown diamonds” are cubic zirconia (CZ). I did raise the issue with the seller and ask for a partial refund or the advertised stones, but they insisted that the jeweler (who does certified appraisals and much more mind you) was incorrect.Reply from: shinebritewithdiamonds- Feedback replied by seller shinebritewithdiamonds.- Feedback replied by seller shinebritewithdiamonds.*SCAM* Absolutely false claims made by the buyer in an attempt to obtain a full refund while keeping the earrings. However, the buyer declined to return the item—likely because they were aware their claims were untrue and intended to keep the item while also receiving a refund. This behavior constitutes extortion, which is a violation of eBay’s user policy.
