Only when I chased up did they inform me that the 'more than 10 items available' transpired to be no stock on the shelf, but it will be 'with us tomorrow and dispatched as a priority'. The next day the response was that the stock had arrived after their dispatch cut-off and the bank holiday weekend would delay even further. They cancelled and refunded my order however I recommend that you order elsewhere to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Promised delivery by 11:50, finally turned up at 19:30! An afternoon's work wasted waiting for the oil. Even after delivery, the tracker was still showing delivery by 11:50.
