    The C++ training is using the old Visual Basic 6.0 IDE and the old version of C++. I need the updated version of C++ anywhere from version 14 to version 22.

    This is a C++ Tutorial not a guide about how to use version 14 or version 22. For example, driver training schools teach someone how to drive a car but it does not teach them how to operate any specific kind of car. Expecting this to teach a specific version or IDE software is ridiculous. Once you learn how to drive you can drive any car. Only the controls are in a different place on different cars. This C++ tutorial will give you the skills to program in C++. The version doesn't matter.
