For example, driver training schools teach someone how to drive a car but it does not teach them how to operate any specific kind of car. Expecting this to teach a specific version or IDE software is ridiculous. Once you learn how to drive you can drive any car. Only the controls are in a different place on different cars. This C++ tutorial will give you the skills to program in C++. The version doesn't matter.
