    Item shipped was not the one in the picture. I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with this seller but I will consider doing business again in the future with this seller as usually their products are good value and as depicted.
