Sure it wasn't the seller - thanks for the quick dispatch, but 19 days with eBay's International Shipping? The small Instruction brochure $6, couldn't have be a simpler item to dispatch Airmail, rather than DHL? (there was 25 entries in the tracking log before it even left the States.....)
