    No one should order from this Phuparts seller. I received a defective mercedes lcd panel that is flashing. ebay does not allow me to upload a video, only a picture of the defect, so I can't show that the product is defective! the seller explains that the return period is expiring. Simply a scammer!!!!! Everyone should avoid it!!!

    The buyer received exactly the item ordered. The screen was clearly listed and confirmed as RHD (UK version). The buyer tried to install it in an LHD (EU) vehicle, which is not compatible and causes malfunction. The item is not defective – it was simply used in the wrong vehicle type. We provided assistance, but the buyer ignored the RHD/LHD information and is unfairly blaming us for their own installation error.
