    This item had a label created and it wasnt until 5 days later that it was actually with the shipper for me to track. I sent 2 emails asking about the status, both were responded to but I did not get a feeling that the seller cared that the item wasnt with the shipper, I got the feeling that the only reason for the response was to tell me it wasnt their fault. The item was packed with puppy pee pads which provided little protection. The box was damaged and one end was open.

    Thanks for purchasing. Item has 2-3 day processing time and then was dropped off at the shipping center. I updated buyer every step of the way after I called them. Item arrived earlier than fedexs estimate. I stuffed the box full of padding and have had good success with packaging. Thanks for purchasing!
