    The seller posted the item and it arrived quickly in adequate protection. Unfortunately due to poor handling by the Australian postal service the item had not been packed well. Leading to the slab completely cracking at the bottom and bending the card. I notified the seller immediately and they were extremely responsive and offered their apologies and a refund after I provided photos of the mishap. They were empathetic and clear with what they needed. Fabulous customer service and communication.

    The seller had amazing communication, and was very reasonable with negotiations. The card is packaged nicely, and it’s just as described. The seller was transparent enough to give me a heads up about the shipping delays (as Canada is having issues with that right now), but it all delivered in about 2 weeks, which is very fast for international shipping.
