    Arrived in appalling state, multiple electronic items stuffed in a (ripped and torn) bag, in a too small carton with ZERO protective packaging. Items were faulty, not as described POSSIBLY also damaged in transit. Seller very unhelpful, then accepted return. Claimed that goods were returned not as sent. I’d packaged properly for return, with bubble wrap, and airbags. eBay then assessed my complaint, stepped in and a full refund was provided. One of the worst eBay experiences I've had to date

    Buyer ignored listing photos, failed to read a specific line in the description highlighting one pedal being slightly damaged. After realising their mistake, made unfounded claims. More items returned damaged vs. listing photos, though it's unclear whether they caused it. Awarded HALF a refund, not a full one as they claim... eBay stepped in with this issue and took my side. :-)
