Contacted seller and the best they could do after failing on their quality checks prior to shoes being shipped was to offer $15 refund on over a $50 purchase. No option to return or store credit offered. Generic customer service pretending to have a good intention. We offered a discount as an exception because we did not doubt the customer's word, but we trust in our honesty.
