    Item was a good price and described accurately. Packaging was secure. The expected delivery time was 3-6 days, but the seller didn't have the item actually with a carrier for 5 days, though the label was made a couple of days earlier. Things happen, but there was no communication to explain why shipping took longer than expected.

    So the problem was not with us as the buyer makes it seem.We shipped in our posted shipping time frame.There was a mix up at the shipping company ( We are rural and there is only one) They sent it to USPS in a bulk of packages and it had to be returned to us by them and resent...We apologize for their mistake...I am just wondering why you didn't reach out to us? Either way enjoy the great bat and be glad that the shipping was free and you didn't pay for their poor service like we did
