    This was exactly as described, a brand new unused firestick remote. It arrived earlier than the expected delivery date and was well packaged. The remote beeped and lit up once the batteries were put in. I was not able to see it fully working as the device I brought it for was non responsive and likely corrupted. This is the second remote that I could not sync and I tried all the tips and suggestions online and youtube etc. The seller is great about responding through the ebay email.
