Physical condition was nice, no major dings or scratches. It did arrive with a locked screen & no info on a password, so I emailed the seller. Response was very fast. Entered the password & was able to use the computer. The packing for the computer before shipping was amazing! VERY well packed, loads of cushioning. I give this seller an A+++.
