    My magazine arrived well packaged and in good condition. The seller shipped it out fast and it came in just a few days. The Mandate issue was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I was happy with the price because it allowed to make an offer. I will enjoy treasuring this issue which replaced the same issue I had back in 1980 and had lost in moving to different cities through the years. I would certainly buy from this seller again.
