    This item was listed as NEW. It arrived in a taped up box (obviously used and returned by someone else), item in a plastic bag with no original packaging, and HAIR in the bristles of the brush of the hair blower. That is so gross and totally unacceptable!! I am appalled. The Seller, to their credit, gave a full refund, which is the only reason I am not giving a zero rating.
