    I just took receipt of these Klipsch Nines. The outer ship box was in excellent condition and appearance, the warning labels were placed with care. All contents are in mint physical condition as well. Customer service before purchase was top notch, as I really needed questions answered before dropping this kind of cash! BTW, the value in these speakers is top notch considering their original MSRP.. Im just glad EFX has my back if something isn't right upon first power up! Thanks, C

    Although I received a defective pair of speakers, the company I purchased from was very responsive and immediately resolved my issue. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement. Will definitely do business with these guys again.

    These speakers are fantastic. I received them quickly and the packaging was superb. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker. They look brand new and sound great, while not breaking the bank like a new set would! 10/10 would purchase again.
