However upon receipt, it was obviously used by wear indication on the buffer pads, open plastic bags holding pads and missing handle, wrenches and bolts. The seller did not respond to my inquiry regarding this issue. Ebay had to step in after the allotted time frame and opened a case to get this resolved. Still no word, explanation or apology from the seller. I Would Not Recommend or Use This Seller.
