      The conkers are fine. Thank you. It is a pity though you chose Hermes/Evri as the courier. They give poor service. I had a notice to say they would deliver last week then another to say they wouldn't then radio silence for several days when I was about to give up on of their ever delivering anything. Then out of the blue came your parcel. None of this is your fault but I would recommend the use of anyone other than Hermes/Evri as this is not the first bad experience I've had with them.

      I don't think I deserve a neutral because evri was slow and also don't think it needs putting on the feedback, you could of emailed me about evri, I had also nearly given up on the delivery, i have also found inpost and royal mail to be very slow, I don't think much of any of them but what can we do, we have to use someone
