    Fast Shipping, Super Packing, item was as described, at a reasonable price. After I received the item, and after I confirmed it worked, then for some unknown reason it stopped working. I initially told the seller I didn't do anything but that I accepted responsibly as it was working and take the loss. He, however, suggested he always takes care of his customers and that "Things Happen". We ended up mutually agreeing on a partial refund. Great people to work with. Would buy again from him.

    Receive the item fairly quickly however it was the wrong item in the box I am guessing it went to a GoPro 8 and I have a 13 so I contacted the seller told him the issue and he sent me one that should fit my 13 no problem. Still waiting for the replacement but I love the fact that he answered my emails quickly and took care of the situation. I will definitely buy from the seller again
