    Packaging was very poor, only two small peices of bubble wrap in a big box. There was nothing protecting it or holding the vintage waffle maker in place. The waffle maker bounced around during transit and one of the metal legs on the bottom was bent. During inspection I noticed peices of leftover food and debris on the griddle/ waffle grate. Out of box presentation was meh The outside was clean and scuff free other than the bent leg and the debris on the inside, the unit works properly.

    Item was in original shipping box with styrofoam and THEN placed securely in another box with bubble wrap. Item was preowned but I did not see residual food or leftovers on griddle.I have no control over shippers throwing things around. My feedback shows I package properly.I am sorry you aren't happy with the waffle maker and rather than leave NEUTRAL feedback, you could have contacted me to discuss these issues.
