None were damaged during shipping and the seller shipped the pets out quickly and the seller answered my question so good communication. My only problem is that on the short hair the dirty spots appear to be mold which was not specified anywhere. The seller may not have known so I'm not upset but I think that the fact that the possibility of it being mold should have been mentioned. However it was able to be cleaned.
