Seller advertised item as new in open box. When received, it appeared to be new in box with internal new packaging still on the pieces but one of the accessories, the corkscrew, was broken. By all outward appearances, package was not damaged in transit so the conclusion is the part - corkscrew attachment- was broken before it shipped. Contacted seller & sent photos as requested. Five days elapsed but Seller didn't respond to the photos.

Buyer messaged me at 5:54 AM the day after delivery to report damage and asked what I could do for her. At 8:39 AM I asked for photos. Buyer did not send photos for 5 days. Now she accuses me of both committing fraud and being unresponsive. None of this is true. I don't defraud people, and I do respond to them. I am also not stupid. Look at the feedback this lady leaves for others, including her own buyers! Scroll back through it all. I offered a partial refund. She is not getting a free item.
