As a result, half the poster is completely bent and out of shape and unusable. The seller had the audacity to only offer a 30% refund even though the poster arrived damaged because of them. The seller then came back offering a refund for the poster but not the postage. Shocking customer care. We sent him a message 2. we have respond to the refund request.. We have had absolutely no response until this message! Lastly we have 12 of these shoes boxed brand new and in perfect condition, they are all with shoe laces, this is an outright lie! Why would who on earth would send a brand new pair of boot with no laces. Thanks a bunch!
